Cancellation Policy

For Moving Services, all sales are refundable unless cancelled 72 hours prior to your move date.  We reserve the right to retain any and all monies paid if you cancel 72 hours or less prior to your move date for recovery of lost business or potential appointments from other clients.  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% if and cancellations are approved after your purchase if outside of the 72 hour window.

For Moving supplies, all items are able to be returned within 14 days, providing we can verify they have not been used or altered in any way and originated from our store with proper receipt.   

Appointments may be rescheduled with no additional cost most of the time, providing you are within the guidelines of the cancellation policy and may be subject to a fee.  Rescheduling may or may not be possible depending on our current scheduling with other clients,
